Netflix is working on a new feature, which will be known as Netflix Direct. Its testing has started in France. With the help of this feature, users will be able to enjoy movies and shows like real time TV channels. It will be based on the old TV viewing pattern. Where movie and TV shows continue to go their way. Meaning that Netflix users will not be able to choose the movies and shows according to their own, nor can the movies and shows be recorded or paused.
What will be the benefit
Netflix Direct will be like a cable TV channel. Meaning if you are not in the mood to watch TV or web shows by choosing any content from the Netflix library, then you will have Netflix Direct available as an option, with the help of opening Netflix Direct like cable TV, TV And shows can be seen. What time will a movie and show be live? It will be chosen by Netflix and not by you. If the user wants to watch TV and shows according to his own, then he has to turn off the Direct feature.
Who will be able to use
Users do not have to subscribe separately for Netflix Direct. Users who already have a login password for Netflix will be able to enjoy the Netflix Direct service. To enjoy this service, users have to install the app in their smart TV. It will be a web based service.
Service started in france
Netflix Direct has been rolled out in parts of France on 5 November. According to Netflix, by December this service will be implemented in the whole of France. The company believes that the old tradition of watching television in France is quite popular, where people like to choose content according to their own preference. In this way Netflix Direct service has been started in France.
When will Netflix service arrive in India
Whether Netflix Direct will be implemented in India or other countries. No information is available at this time. But it is so important that a large population of India also likes to watch TV traditionally. Also, many people are not comfortable using OTT based apps like Netflix.
