- Do not travel if you live in a control zone.
- All people register on the Arogya Setu App.
- Keeping in mind the timing of the flight, report two hours before the flight time.
- Ensure web check-in, get boarding pass.
- Download baggage tag with identification number.
- Print the baggage tag and place it on the bag.
- If you are unable to get the print tag, then write the PNR and passenger's name on a piece of paper and paste it on the bag.
- Follow all necessary rules and precautions to prevent infection of COVID-19 while leaving at the airport.
- A passenger can carry only one hand baggage and one check-in bag.
- In case there is more than one passenger in the PNR, it is necessary for all the passengers mentioned in the PNR to have a declaration.
Important instructions for arriving at the airport:
- Ensure that you are wearing all safety gear (masks, gloves, etc.) before entering the terminal.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask during travel.
- Go to the thermal screening facility near the entry gate within the terminal.
- Get your body temperature checked or check your health status through the self-declaration form from the Arogya Setu App.
- Children below 14 years of age will be exempt.
- After being screened at the entry gate, go to the CISF counter with identity card, boarding pass / e-boarding pass.
- Go to the luggage drop counter after the CISF counter.
- Show PNR and identity cards to employees at the baggage drop counter.
- After checking the tag at the baggage counter, the staff will accept it and an electronic slip will be sent to you through an SMS.
- The check-in process should be completed approximately 60 minutes before the flight time.
Security Checking: Pre-security checks have been arranged at all airports, during which security personnel will check the passengers without getting in touch with the passengers. While waiting in the security hold area, it will be the responsibility of all passengers to maintain the social distancing and sanitization protocol.
The chairs in the waiting area are marked with the 'not for use' symbol keeping in mind the social distancing. Seating on such chairs will not be allowed. Before boarding, keep your safety kit (three-layered surgical mask, face shield, and sanitizer) near the boarding gate. The boarding process for the flight will begin 60 minutes early and the boarding gates will be closed 20 minutes before departure. You have to scan your boarding pass yourself, during this time it will be mandatory to show your ID card to airline employees at the boarding gate.
What to do after boarding: Maintain cleanliness after arriving in flight. Try to have the least interaction with the passengers. Apart from this, use the toilet to a minimum and avoid moving in the flight without reason. Only one partner is allowed for children and the elderly. No food etc. has been arranged inside the aircraft. All seats must already have a water bottle. No food items will be allowed inside the aircraft during the flight.
Apart from this, no newspaper or magazine, etc. will be found in the aircraft. No goods will be sold inside the aircraft. Also, if you feel uncomfortable or tired or if you are coughing, then inform the crew immediately.
After reaching your destination, follow all the necessary instructions and exit via exit gate. In the meantime wait for your luggage at the baggage counter and get the luggage. After coming out of the airport, travel further by the authorized cab.
