Keeping in mind the same feature of the users, some time ago Facebook rolled out the Messenger Rooms feature and now this feature has also come in Instagram.

With the addition of the Instagram Messenger Rooms feature, users will now be able to make group video calls with up to 50 people through Messenger Rooms Integration. Instagram has given information about this by tweeting.
How to create Instagram Messenger Rooms
