WhatsApp's super trick, download anyone's video status
Instant messaging app WhatsApp is being used all over the world including India. In view of the convenience of the users, WhatsApp also keeps adding new features, so that more and more people can use WhatsApp easily. One of the great features of Whatsapp is the Status feature which has become very popular in a short time. Often we have all used this feature. With the help of this feature, we share our thoughts by adding photos, videos and text. On the other hand, sometimes it happens that we like the WhatsApp status of another user. If this status is a picture then we can take a screenshot of it. But, the problem comes when we like someone's video status. Because there is no feature to download a WhatsApp video status directly. So today we are going to tell you a special trick here, after which anyone's status can be downloaded.

You will not need a third party app to download WhatsApp status videos on Android mobile phone / iPhone. You can easily download video status using this tool / application available on your smartphone.
How to download WhatsApp status videos on Android phone
First go to WhatsApp and watch the status video that you want to download.
Then open the 'File Manager' app in your phone. One thing to note here is that its name is different in the phones of different companies. For example, the name of the file manager in Samsung's phone is 'My Files'.
Then go to the app settings page and click on ‘Show hidden system files’.
Then go to the home page of the app and select internal storage. Then WhatsApp -> Media -> .Statuses follow this system.
Inside the ‘.Statuses’ folder, you'll see videos you've watched on WhatsApp status.
Long press on these videos will give the option of video copy. Now copy and paste the video into any folder in the gallery.
Doing so will save the WhatsApp status video on your device, and it will remain even after the status disappears. If the video is in the DCIM folder, you can also access it from the phone's Gallery / Photos app.
Download WhatsApp status videos on iPhone
Steps to download WhatsApp status videos on iPhone are different from Android phones. You do not need to enable system files hidden inside the file manager app. In iPhone it is quite easy.
To download WhatsApp status video, go to iPhone's 'Control Center' and then go to the screen recording option.
If this option is not visible then you have to tap on the iPhone's Settings menu-> Select 'Control Sensor' -> then the '+' icon which will be equal to the screen recording option.
With the screen recording, open WhatsApp -> go to the status window -> and play the WhatsApp status video you want to download.
Once the full video is recorded, swipe from top to bottom and turn off the recording button from the notification panel. As an option you can press the power button. The video will be automatically saved on your phone's Photos app.
